We decided to check here out during our road trip because it is a southern thing;) I am not a fast food person, so I'll keep my comments focused on my experience. First of all, this is the cleanest fast food restaurant ever. The service is really quick and the staff is friendly. Special thanks to Ruth who took our order. We don't eat pork so when we ordered we asked her if our order included bacon or not just to make sure. The thing that wowed me is, even though we didn't ask for it, she made sure that everybody in the kitchen in contact with our food changed their gloves. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. If we ever make it down south again, we'll be eating at Krystal again.

For a fast food place, Krystal is pretty great. The quality of the food definitely surpasses Burger King and McDonald's. I wasn't a fan of their main selling point, the sliders. I just got a regular cheeseburger and fries. They were good. Not great but good. Good fast food place to stop if you want non-shitty fast food.

I love Krystal Burgers. (I prefer white castle but they are not in the south). I was craving some Krystal and found this spot on the way into St Augustine. I was planning on having lunch in St Augustine but had to stop in for a few. This Krystal was clean, nice looking inside and had a friendly crew. My order was filled quick and I got extra pickles no promblem The burgers were great as I remembered them from the past. For those not familiar with them - they are little square burgers with onions and mustard and pickle and the bun is steamed. They have great flavor. I noticed after I ordered now they offer one with jalapeno's - I have to try those soon. I loved the burgers and place. I'm looking forward to return. I posted some images

We needed a quick place to stop off for dinner and Krystal seemed like the cheapest, and therefore the most practical, choice. They had a deal going on where you could pick 5 items from a predetermined menu, so I went with 5 completely different items, with one of those being a drink. I think, of everything I had, the chili pup was my favorite. A lot of the items at Krystal are known for being small and cheap, and this pup was no exception. I never knew a chili dog could be so cute! Weird, right? As far as our surroundings everything was spic-n-span, and they even had a flat screen up in the corner of the room with Cartoon Network playing (which the little dude most certainly appreciated). Customer service was top notch and our server even brought the food out to our table. Even though we were from out of town we were treated with patience and kindness. My only suggestion: Please put a changing table in the bathrooms. It would make this place even more family friendly!

Fresh, hot krystals were awesome!! 12 pack combo was cheap. ..about $13-15. You can do 1/2 cheese and the other 1/2 classic. Extra $$ for cheese but worth it. Will stop again when we return next year.

Just a small little history: I love Krystal burgers, they're cheap, delicious and several of them can be quite filling. Unfortunately, my daughters have not had Krystal burger before; mainly, because we live in a more rural area and we don't have one near us. So on our way to St. Augustine *we already ate* we notice we passed a Krystal Burgers. So we mark it on our little map and made it a point before we return home, we have to eat at Krystal Burgers. After a fun filled weekend seeing the sights at St. Augustine, we stop by Krystal Burger on the way home. We ordered 3 #3s (5 Krystal Burgers with chili cheese fries and a drink) for each of us. I had to take pictures because my kids loved these little burgers. Out of the 15, only 2 manage to survive our appetite. The chili cheese fries were good as well. One note that made me happy with this place is: for a fast food restaurant, it was super clean. I love being able to sit down, not seeing crumbs or bits of food on table where no one can take the time to wash the tables. A+ Job to the manager on training his employees. I found them very friendly and willing to even customize one of the burger orders for my daughter. Thank you for making their first experience one they are telling everyone about!
